For each project, a project team and a project manager are chosen from our staff in accordance with their skills and experience. Close communication between all members of the team is stressed to provide motivation and maximize work efficiency. Each project is sponsored by a principal of the firm, to whom the project manager reports. This arrangement provides clients with direct access to those who control the firm and who are also conversant with their projects.
